of my feet during cycling after about 2 hours. I've never had this problem before. I am wondering if it is down to the shoes I have, shimano R088's, or something else. Any ideas?

its changing on a hourly basis
sick notes from mums are changing hands all the time and are now more valuable than knock off van goghs
also it seems like the voodoo dolls are working over time !
tommy has got his daughter on standby with a bucket of sand ready to quench the flames
and keith can now bite his toenails without bending his back ! all in all its a bit like an episode of dads army
it could almost be made into a movie ! - if it all goes to plan we could call it nudity and needles
