I wish I'd of caught more of the Vuelta. The stages I have watched have been completely brutal. It's been good that contador has gone out in a bit of style too.
Berty has really shook up the race. Made it really exciting. Hope he makes it to the podium, he deserves something for his effort.

I went outside in the wind and rain tonight - got soaked! Worth it though as I've been waiting over three weeks to get out on the new bike! (Loved it!)

Excellent, Glad to hear that mate! That's not a bad turn around from canyon really is it. How did you find the wheels in the wind? More importantly, do they make a nice swooshy noise?

“That was pretty good from me, all things considered. Numbers-wise, it’s the best club ten I’ve done. 438 watts – that’s pretty bloody good from me,” Dowsett said today after the ToB ITT.
He should get a BKool Pro, blimming lightweight wannabe time trialist!

He'd fit right in with those figures in cyclechat. Obviously he wouldn't be with the leaders though. ^_^

It was quite windy, but to be honest I found them fine - not really much different to what I am used to. Bit of a swooshy noise to make me feel like I was going fast!

The ride was super-smooth compared to my aluminium bike. But the biggest revelation was the disc brakes - so glad I went for them!

I was also a bit worried about whether the fit would be ok for me having bought online and the geometry being different - plus the integrated handlebar /stem meaning there's no option to change stem length, but it felt perfect for me and really comfortable - phew!

I kind of think the same as profile locked think they having a pop at us all team cyclechaters

hope I'm wrong
His/her cycling style was quite erratic. Was struggling to stay with me one minute, dropping back 10 seconds with me doing 300 watts and 45 kph, then next minute bombing past and going 10 seconds up the road. Wouldn't work with me either. I figured it was someone having a dig, but if they think that will wind me up they don't know me  Gave me a good incentive to ride hard and I left them behind (they clearly weren't that strong a rider). I see their ride didn't finish either - seemed to stop a bit short of the line.

If someone wants to play games though I'll just do that ride again at full speed and take the 10 minutes or so I let go back again and boost myself up the leader board  :hyper::wahhey:

We discussed this when first photos emerged a couple of weeks ago. I think the consensus was - looks interesting, but don't really trust Bkool to successfully pull it off! I'll be interested to see some full reviews of it - no way I would be one of the early buyers of something like that from a company like Bkool!

Also will be interested to see how it works in the SIM compared to other trainers, as we know users of trainers like the Neo were disadvantaged vs Bkool Pro trainers. Whilst Bkool were happy to put their heads in the sand over those issues, it would surely be a bit embarrassing if their own new flagship trainer put users at a disadvantage in their own races/leagues! But as we all know Bkool Pros are over-generous vs real life with speed/watts, and this new one has a power meter they'll surely need to tweak something?!

Got an email of shame off @Marino.g today for CG2 :notworthy: Well done my friend, very impressive. May have to give that ride another go on Sunday and see if I can send the email back :boxing:
I did a whorty double.
Rode cg1 and then cg2 straight after but had this nice ghost to follow and then went for it near the end.:bicycle:
Hope it doesn't upset you using you for drafting but I think you might be cool with it:hugs:

I don't frequent this thread often now, so must have missed the previous photo's.

I had seen the pro 2 (Yellow) device but not this new blue one, which I've seen a price being banded around of £1099. It'll be interesting to see if they fix they fix the issues with their software and other trainers, or whether they find a way to fudge it for thier direct drive power metered turbo. It would be a struggle for me to come back to bloom now, having found another products that work seamlessly with the Kickr Snap, I just wouldn't trust bkool.

I suppose if one argues the glass is half full-even AAAC's () - then this new PM based trainer is an opportunity for them to re kick start the platform and reset the realtionship between hardware and software to make it more accurate across all trainers.

:laugh::laugh::laugh:
with this and " enjoy this slightly more than being shot at "
we could do a stint at the comedy club !
personally i think there is a good chance that they will fudge it all up , concentrate on the new direct drive and not worry too much about older models

but then again i am not allowed a glass anymore after mine was half empty and i kicked it over on the carpet

does look good though but worryingly simple
