Sounds like he's still delusional, poor chap. When he gets better he'll realise Zwift is no match for BKoolHe turned up on the splitters waxing about how good Zwift is

I'm ok thanks mate -, thanks for asking. Head seems OK now (apart from a bit of a black spot in my memory straight after the crash), and the whole left side of my body is one big purple bruise, but just a bit achey really!
In fact I just had a go on the bkool - did chaingang stage 2 but took it really nice and easy. Legs felt surprisingly ok - easier to cycle than to walk - but rib pain means I can't breathe heavily yet.
Should be fine in a few days. Looking back I think I was pretty lucky!

Glad you are still with us and able to get on the bike so soon!
Only being able to partly breathe.. you now know what it's like for us chaps with asthma!
I have pretty much given up mtb... I found that not doing it regularly meant I'd be looking too much at the front wheel rather than plotting a route downhill.
Sad as I loved the mendips for all the single track on offer... days of my youth...

You're cg1 ride was massively impressive.. I tried a few times to break free but you and aaac kept coming back; and that last km you really hammered it. I tried to sprint from 500 m outcto get away from you and only managed a few seconds at best...Question ... who is 'Requena'? He/she has just beat my CG1 time by 2 seconds (someone else sucking my wheel the whole way?1?). Not sure they are in the league though

I had the massive advantage of having @AAAC 76C 's wheel the whole way. Couldn't have posted that time without the help. i am tempted to have another go and see if I can use all the ghosts there now and better my time ... hmmmmm, maybe after I do CG2 and SC2 I might give it a pop

Did stage 1 of the CG, bloody hell forgot how painful they are and not my sort of course AT all, avg of 256 watts next stage looks about the same but even longer

he joined me tonight cg1 I think he started slow then shot off he was with me for a few minutes at the start
