Well done all in the June Chaingang. No surprises by the top few places taken by the usual suspects. Jacob obviously taking it serious enough to get the better of AAAC this time. I think revenge is required for the July one AAAC. Maybe not quite as flat so that could help a bit.
Excellent racing all the way down the field with some massive improvements due to things like proper tyre pressures. What next? Proper cycling shoes? Better watch out Jacob and AAAC .

New 4 stage July league just published and should be live tomorrow.

Once again, thanks for all your work. I hope you're getting back to non-dizzy.

Changing, Summer Cup and Old Age.
How will I cope.

Do the Collective CC audience have any views on running the CC on Tuesday, re-run Saturday, so we can Live Ride the Summer Cup on Thursday.

It's always a pleasure Randy, and now I have a better way of finding flattish rides without having to try them out. Can be still a bit hit and miss but seemed to work quite well in last months. The dizziness is slowly getting better slowly thanks but going to have to go easy on the turbo. Hoping to do all the CG rides this month though.

I've been struggling to make the live race times lately but that does sound a good idea to me

Low blood pressure and slow heart rate can lead to dizziness if you stand up quickly. I've had a bit of vertigo in the past. Once by an inner ear infection and the other by dislodged crystals by doing too many touching toe stretches:laugh:. The latter can be improved by certain head rotation exercises and rest. Also there are other reasons for vertigo which can be varied, some serious and others less so.

My RHR is anything between 38-40. When I get up from slumped in front of the telly. Sit up, wait ten seconds, get up - no fall over.**

aint it a good game to jump up of the floor after watching telly for a bit and see if you can make it to the door handle before it hits !

Just did Summer Cup stage 1. Good to see I beat Geraint Thomas's time by 6 seconds - I expect a call from Dave Brailsford shortly! To be fair to Geraint, the conditions were drier and I was definitely able to take the corners quicker ;)

I was surprised to see I had already done that same course 3 times before - I guess the route had been confirmed a while back and we used it in one or two of the leagues. I only did my third best time so clearly wasn't trying hard enough despite beating Thomas!
