Not often we get such nice days in Norn Iron so decided to take advantage with a BBQ and glass of cider:sun::popcorn:. Did drop in to see just how good AAAC and Bill are - I've a way to go
I thought you may have raced tonight to destroy my slow time :okay: Weather is beautiful though so don't blame you having a cold cider

that was not a good idea in this heat
i fear for bills health in his loft
looked like a fast course but it was nearly all speed sapping pave
had a rub rub for the first half it was driving me bonkers
had to get off find it and fix it
i was hoping bill was going to keep going and i would have bailed
after i got going the turbo resistance was not changing so i had to off on it to reset
i then grabbed bill and hammered it for the line
i thought bill was doing ok as there were no standy uppy,s but then i guess you blew bill
i was happy to limp home with you and i braked yards from the line to let you pass and immediately bsim asked me if i wanted to leave
took me a few seconds t realise i had not crossed the line

finaly
GO TOMMY GO!!!!!!!!!!

and its good night from me

Didn't see you on the ride @AAAC 76C :headshake: I only saw Bill and the three Spanish riders (one of whom bailed about 1/2 way through).

Aww well if you didn't give it your all, it means very little even if I do beat you - I think I'll have to give you this campaign as leader after three rounds. Aiming for Saturday morning for rd 4 although with a sickly baby in the house that's very much sleep dependent.

Let's resume in June for a big battle between the 5 or 6 of us who are about the same level now :okay: @Jim Brown should hopefully be racing again and I think we'll all be chasing his wheel :bicycle:

Well done @BILL S ... you got nailed by that deadstop on the finish line too :banghead: Great ride though although a little lonely tonight

Thanks for your support Whorty. I missed a lot of your road paint due to looking at my crossbar and gritting my teeth. Not much fun in my loft tonight but fortunately AAAC was there to help me along. I suffered in a very minor way which cannot be compared to what you and the guys will experience on Sunday at the DD. I wish you the best of luck with that and much looking forward to your comments afterwards. I know you'll thoroughly enjoy it.

And it's good night from him. :highfive:
Thanks to you going at exactly the right speed for me to cling on, I didn't have to overdo it too much. I did blow near the end but your gentlemanly instincts got the better of you and you waited then let me pass you on the line. I did wonder why you ended up 6s behind but now I see.

Ditto that Bill
Good luck guys, hope the weather is good, not too hot, windy or wet.
What are the chances of that!

I was watching your HR go higher and higher and imagined how hot you must have been in your loft :heat:

Shame you couldn't come to the DD this year, would have been nice to meet up. Hopefully we'll all get to meet some other time in the future.

Thanks again for organising the leagues. Some good competition at the back of the race now .... just need to get a few more speedsters to keep it interesting for you guys at the front
