I didnt even think of that! i sure can, i have a Virb Elite so should be easy... i may have to edit the coffee stops and general blood, snot and tears .

I also plan to film 'Terrace Hill' http://cyclinguphill.com/100-climbs/ Number 29 i ride quite often at the moment (9 times in 2 days last month:wahhey:) could be a good thursday sprint one.

In the meantime I can add it in to the next Goat League. No 3d or video though but I don't mind if the rest of you don't. It's classed as Extreme so that's good enough for me. About 20 miles too I believe.

I am hoping to join the ride tomorrow but currently have a lurgy of some kind so taking it a bit easy. And the ride looks a bit of a challenge. I may have to have a Snickers beforehand!

When renting the skis we dug out the sizes and weights from last time we went 6-7 years ago. I was 86 Kg full dressed then, now around 75kg ...

That's cycling for you!

I hoping weighing 12% or so less will make it easier to stop and turn ...

Anyone got some good recovery/easy rides? Between my gym sessions and club runs my legs are sore as hell today, didn't fancy hammering them again

You'd better not all start whupping me by using my own Snickers trick against me! I can guarantee you that if Popeye had discovered Snickers, or Marathon, as he would have known it, the spinach would still be in the tin!

I tend to use Lake Simcoe, as it is fairly flat, but often just end up going faster and still being knackered at the end ...

I tried a proper recovery ride a few weeks ago, sticking to Zone 1, but it was dull as hell!

Actually it's probably best to find something with consistent gradient, not too steep, so you can get a good cadence at moderate power and not have to keep changing gear!

Must admit I still always think of them as a MARATHON.

And the way things are going these days I'll use anything I can to get a much needed watt or two extra.

You're a typical Mountain Goat Geoff. Only one speed and that's flat out.
