Got my HR over 180 which is always a sign that I'm going well - when I was struggling to keep up with AAAC and Bill a week or two ago I couldn't get it above 150ish
Great time bridgy, that was a hard stage.
I wish I could keep my hr below 150! I seem to only operate at 170 to 180! Chasing bill and aaac on stage 16 I hit 189.... thought I was heading for a heart attack the way my chest felt.[/QUOTE]

My HR is at the level where I have to check if I'm looking at RPM or HR.
Saying that Pep is a bit like that as he can spin at 130 RPM with an HR of 130.

Yeah, makes me feel sick just looking at those stats. Maybe he's removed the magnet from his turbo?

HID's Treadmill is due to arrive tomorrow.
Next week I am going to start training and an indoor triathlete.
I've had her practising making a current in the bath for me to swim against.
She's now complaining, would you believe it, that drinking all that water is bloating her and making her feel uncomfortable!

Perhaps he just get one of his kids to wear the chest strap and play chess while he is riding on the turbo.
My HR gets higher than his just reading a magazine! (Modern Mini of coarse, not something off of the top shelf).

Saying that she can make quite a current.
I think of buying a semi-rigid and using her as an outboard.

Her is a picture of HID at the end of the bath.
The tube is quite discrete.

After spending most of the day in A+E with my youngest (football injury) scuppered my chances of a nice ride in the sun I thought I'd have one last go at improving my time on one of the WC stages tonight and chose stage 15. Despite a week away with family drinking way too much I felt really good and knocked 4.5 minutes off my time ^_^
