I meant the Bkool Fitness level, as shown in your bkool profile.

Now that you are a league member, I can see that you are Amateur 7.

I would suggest you start at 3 minutes 45 seconds into the ride, i.e. around 7:03:45 PM.

Don't worry too much for this first Handicap, if you win (or lose) by miles, we'll adjust the Handicap for next time.
