So how's the Kickr Geoff? Not as generous as the BKool I take it? Makes you work a bit harder for your mileage?

That was great fun! Got stuck for a while at the beginning and watched you all disappear and just had to calm down and then dig in. Oh,and I need to get me a fan. An open window is not good enough.

Must remember, KICKR takes ages to spindown, got left at the start waiting for it to realise I had stopped pedalling! Need to allow 30 seconds ...

As suspected, the KICKR is a lot more realistic than my Bkool Pro, on the 17% bits I could barely turn the pedals, even in a 32 tooth sprocket! God knows what it would be like on Crowcombe.

I had no idea what happened the 3d messed up and then i was 47 mins ahead so I just kept pedaling

Well that was fun had connection problems, thats never happened before this new software update
I was the only one showing on the start line last time so thought I was in wrong session so left and went back in just to see everyone starting from the line but as I was already peddling I shot off nicely
Then in the middle of a downhill going flat out the trainer decided there was a big hill had to drop down a handful of gears then the resistance went back to normal lol then at the finish it did the same thing I could hardy turn the pedals so could not compete a cool down oh well lets hope my session is ok

I get that resistance on downhills glitch, its good to know it's not just me It's nice to see your watts hit 2000 for a second or two!!
