Bkool can be frustrating in many ways (my rides from this morning still haven't uploaded for a start) and it does sound like Zwift has a lot to offer, but for various reasons I'll be sticking with bkool for the time being.

If you do go off to Zwift I hope you'll still post regularly in here as your contributions never fail to put a smile on my face ^_^

Ditto that.
We're not really cyclists we just like being rude to our fellow chatters and then occasionally we beast ourselves in way of punishment for our sins.
Always good to hear from you whats his name.

That's it.
I'm going to have take this sports bra off, I can't breath!
Should have thought of that this morning.

Crap now I look like a bloke with pigtails and two beer bellies.

Why am I surprised at that!

Actually rather refreshing. Really struggled lately with bkool, connection problems, dead stops, upload issues etc have meant I haven't felt able to enter any of the bkool organised rides as there has been no connect between what my trainer was doing and what was on the screen.

Zwift seemed much smoother in transitions and felt more representative of the slope it was telling me I was going up. There were stacks of other people I could peg myself against and that really helped and thing like the graphics were better. I guess it felt more like a game than a simulator but that made it feel quite fun.

Not sure if the lack of routes will become annoying or not, everything I found seemed to have box hill in it but possibly that just comes down to me not knowing what I was looking at.

What bought me to Bkool was the trainer and software, what kept me here was riding with you guys (awwww) and as my trainer is virtually unusable with bkool at the moment I think I will probably have to swap over and find that buzz in Zwift.

Can't really blame you I won't be on zwift again till I get my neo back, as my bkool classic is practically unusable so I've cancelled my sub till I get it back.
You should let me know you name on zwift I'll be able to add you.

Yeah and that. Splitter!
On reflection I think I have a year of subscription to dip in and out of so I will keep scuttling about in bkool too. Got to up my training game a bit, stupidly decided that a ride from Waterloo Close in the village I work in to Waterloo in Belgium (and back) seemed like a good idea in May. Should have Google mapped it before being blasé seems to be about 1k km.

Yesterday still feels very surreal. I had a good drink last night, something I'm a bit out of practice at...judging from the amount of pages that have been added here it looks like some of you guys did the same! But I just watched some of the replay and it put a big grin back on my face. Life goes on. A bit of paperwork to do this morning then a date with the family at the city farm and a nice lunch. But what happened yesterday should make me smile for a while to come yet. (It's possible I'm still a little drunk...)

I watched some of the official video last night. Around the 2 hour mark your overtaking manoeuvre on stage 2 was just so funny. How on earth you pulled so many watts was incredible. To top it off with bridgy going past at the end whilst seeing the Danes on their bikes.. you could see he was a broken man.. very funny and inspiring at the same time. Great memory for your scrapbook...

Ive decided to redo the Nations Cup events on Monday but reducing my weight to 80kg which is my goal for next year... just to see if I could have done any better.... and get some hopeful inspiration of what losing weight could do for me.

My legs hurt

I went out walking for a couple of hours then came home and did a half hour light spin. My legs are surprisingly normal today.
One thing I did do in prep for yesterday is check my saddle height as I have been moving backwards on the saddle.
It turned out to be about 2 cm low.
This will also have explained the aches in the front of my legs above my knee.
