Sorry Paul, I was beginning to loose feeling in my toes. Legs were tired after some really heavy weightlifting this morning, so probably wouldn't have finished the session anyway.

It was the old one.

In the nations cup thread on page 5 kipsters put up a link which invites you to the bkool channel. From there it makes more sense
