If the trainer is unplugged, I don't see how it can transmit anything, as I don't believe it has any kind of alternator/generator to generate electricity from the roller movement. Any lingering power/speed figure most likely comes from the external software and any external sensors in use. The bkool software will produce power and speed figures even if you have no trainer and no sensors paired!

In the beginning if you lost your Turbo BSim connection it booted you out, then they put a delay in that just kept you going at the same speed/power until the connection resumed. Trouble is it could go on like that fro about 2 minutes, now it boots you out after about 15 seconds.
There were a few of us who's power leads had pulled out due to a moving trainer whilst in the Velodrome sprinting at high power and you just kept going for laps, quite embarrassing especially if it happened in a live televised BKool race.

Oh, and if people cheat by programming their own session with lots of bots/ghosts, so that they can draft trough most of the course, they will be penalized as well. Suits me fine, as again, this makes the results invalid!!

I do that but I always leave my bots behind.
There's a joke there somewhere.

I rather like that Welsh Whiskey Penderyn.
I'm not a big Whiskey buff though as anything you can't gulp is not safe with me.
1 bottle of wine will do no harm but a bottle of Whiskey would knock me out and it would be waste of good grog (I know, grog is made with Rum).

Had an experience with whisky when i was 18 swigging from a bottle between 3 of us mixed with Thunder bird with about 3 pints of lager and macdonlds which didn't go down well in fact it didn't stay down for very long xx(

What a cr*p route. I has been a long time since I've experienced that kind of dead-stops. Maybe I should try and connect my old 2015 Pro (FW 3.02) and see if things change? Have another race tomorrow at 10 AM, so not tonight.

EDU is riding a Classic, so maybe that's why? Not sure my old Pro will act as a Classic, but I will give it a go late in the afternoon tomorrow.

Have to go with my boy to an indoor football tournament from 11 am until 3 pm local, so finishing the race at 10 am might have to be sacrificed to avoid problems with the Mrs. :-)

I've plummeted to 1:05 (hour and five) down in the WC GC thanks to JGCKIKO being 1 hour plus down on the best time.
I will do Stage 10 on Tuesday and then rest up a bit for Saturdays fun.
He's not on his own mind so it must be a tough stage.

Can someone post up a link to the nations cup stages. I'm running around like a lunatic at the moment trying to create a little window of free time

Seeing the amount of speed others can cary over those 1-3 % inclines, I haven't got a chance in the 1st chaingang stage, unless Bkool decides to award me with super powers. Either way it kind of takes the fun out of racing, so I might go with that Zwift race.
It destroyed me last night. On the climb i wasn't too bad, but once I got on the 'flat' top (which is lots of ups and downs) I lost so much time, and wasted myself trying to keep speed up. I'm not feeling too well at the moment but even so!

OK guys... possible Nations Cup problem here! I have a knee issue and need some immediate care ideas!
I have not ridden since Wednesday due to a head cold, however my left knee has become swollen and painful over the last 48 hours. The issue is inside the left knee but quite low down, about 45 degrees from the knee cap.
From what I can see on the interweb, the pain is situated in the Medial meniscus area of the knee.
I'm starting on anti inflammatory pills but not sure what else to try... any ideas?

Hi DP.. sorry to hear about your woes.. I'm not sure what to suggest as a treatment however, could you have a slight issue with bike set-up which is causing problems with knee alignment during pedalling? Now you've been stopped a few days, your knee is attempting to heal? Just a thought?

I'm always having problems with my right knee and it only flairs up when I'm not cycling regularly. When on holiday (and not cycling), it gives me pain but then clears up after a few days..

Hope it fixes soon.
