Well just done the Dipford Loop and it says my ride is not valid as it finished on the 17th Jan is this correct I thought it was Thursday to Wednesday
Is this another BKool error or is it me thats got my dates wrong :whistle:

Strangely, both you and bkool got it wrong! But don't worry, I have been able to accept your ride and it is now in the league. Good time as well, well done!

I'm afraid you got your dates wrong, the rides run from Sunday to Saturday (11th to 17th)..

However, Dipford is still showing as the current active stage, as Bkool continue get their dates wrong and it doesn't switch over until around 22:30 the following day (i.e. tonight).

But then it gets a fail on the classification as the date (18th) is past the official closing date (17th). Admin can choose to accept this however, so you're OK.

It is a shame that they can't spare time to sort out some of these silly bugs, like displaying stats on splits 10 times too high (2,000 watts anyone), or showing someone as 45 minutes behind at the end of a 25 minute stage, etc.

Getting the date right shouldn't be that hard!

Anyway, Haytor Vale is a challenging little climb, should take around 20-35 minutes at over 6%, with very little levelling off. Enjoy ...

Cheers,

Geoff

Anyone noticed that the splits are completely stuffed up?

I go to the trouble of setting up a couple of KOM and a sprint or two on each stage, but the results all seem to display 0 for everyone on ever split.

Then it gives all the points to camerauk (who may well have earned them, but someone must have come second surely)!

Think I'll report that one, as the point of the splits is to give different goals for people who may not be the best climbers, sprinters, endurance, etc.

Yes I have just been looking over that its odd that its just me showing at the top spot and no one else having come second etc
Have you contacted BKool about this? they may just have it as the person that gets KOM and thats it

"Within the sprint, mountain and landmark classifications, points are assigned based on each participant’s split times. Thus, this classification is based on points, with 3 points being awarded for the lowest elapsed time between the start of the session and the end of the split, 2 for the second best and 1 for the third best. Points are also given based on the lowest split time, with 5 points for the best, 4 for the second best, then 3, 2 and 1. These points are added, so the best user could have as many as 8 points."

Only Bill and Camerauk have points (8 each in sprint and KOM (16 for camerauk in KOM)), so I guess they were credited with a sprint and a KOM split in stage 1 and stage 3 (no splits in the very short stage 2), and all the other splits and second, third etc. place were lost.

Shame, as it adds a little interest.

I have reported it.

I've been trying to 'see' the bots I've added to a session, but they never seem to appear.
An older post suggests that the 'solo' needs to be off (unticked) to see, I have my 'solo' off, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
I add the Bots (and ghosts) using the session setup feature but when I start my session no one appears on the warm-up start line with me - when in 3D view.
Any advice/ help gratefully received. Many thanks.

Assuming you are a premium subscriber and you have Solo mode disabled they should show up if you are scheduling them with the bots (and ghosts) and selecting the correct scheduled session.

Find the session in your Programmed (scheduled) tab in the simulator and instead of starting it, click on the Details button at the bottom.

Then look in the Riders panel at the bottom left and it should list the Riders (numbers of ghosts and bots). What does it say?

If you click the Review button is lists the ghosts and bots setup.

Then go back and click Setup and make sure Allow bots and Allow ghosts are both ticked.

If all is OK click accept and then Start and all the riders should show up in 3D view.

If not, are they listed at the top? do they show on the elevation profile.
