Did a threshold test this AM. I put the data in the above link and got the following, in case you want to see your zone thresholds:

I think I worked out I'd have to lose 4kg to go up a level while making the same power. No chance the amount I eat:hungry::sad:.

But also, less calories in = less energy out so probably wouldn't work anyway.

Just done Col-de-la-Madeleine.

Beautiful up there it is with outstanding scenery.
The sun was shining and the birds were singing.
I hardly felt the pain in my legs and the voices in my head didn't tell me I could just stop and not bother going to the top.

So easy. Just go to Leagues in BSIM and it'll be there waiting for you if you're in the Rebels.

If I were you, I'd pop to the loo and then re-enter my weight... ^_^
However tempting, I'll leave the weight steady unless it changes materially. It will be more fun ( and painful!) to just pedal harder. And in any case, I want to cross the absolute threshold of 300!! Well, over 20 mins that is....

I'm not getting points or time/miles showing in the rankings either. This seems to be a recent problem which they'll hopefully fix.

May i ask what you are using the bsim on? Cause im using Ipad and none of the sessions i do gets points etc. The first one i did i used my PC, and that one worked out alright.

Anyone else with theese issues?

Laptop with windows 7.
I think they stopped updating the rankings a couple of weeks ago.

I have no idea what the points are for. Anyone know?

I took no risks, sat at threshold power and just kept pedalling, couldn't believe how long it went on for!

I need to lose more weight! Down to 22% body fat ...

Yeah it just goes on and on. Fist time I tried it I went out fast but learned my lesson for this time. My ghost kicked my ass until about 2/3 way though when my steady ride paid off and I passed it again. Turns out that drafting doesn't work on this type of ride or it's too slow to notice, because I did try.
