:hello: all

Lovely and :sun: here too, no frost which i am surprised about as it was very cold when i got home last night and i had to get up in the night to find the extra duvet.

Can we skip December, January and February and just go to March or even May ? pleeeeese
We can if you want. But there'll be no Christmas this year, plus you'd be bringing next years closer by three months!
As for May, we had snow in the second half of May this year!!

Then again he's going to the dentist, see which he mentions first. Pain or Paying?

I quite happy for Christmas to be lost and for the year to get shorter just so long as its warm. The snow in May was a fluke.
S'not a fluke you know! When I was younger, can't remember exact age, about 11? maybe - we were driving down to Cornwall for a holiday. We got stuck in a Little Thief for several hours somewhere around Salisbury Plain. The previous car before us occupants were airlifted out as they had a young baby with them. Took a while for the snow plough to clear all the road. Then in Cornwall there were major gales. We were booked into an odd chalet thing that had an open courtyard space in the middle with the rooms at each end. To go to the loo or bed you had to effectively go outside and get soaked. It was right near the edge of the cliffs - half our belongings blew away when the car was unloaded. We spent one night there and came home again
I remember it all fairly vividly as it was a bit weird at the time
Edit// Meant to say that this was the beginning of July too!
