Not a lot moving at present, might pick up as the day goes on.

Tad breezy at the Towers....
just saw a plane tried to land at Edinburgh, aborted at 300 ft and has to divert to Cologne......

Youngest Mhor now arrived at work west side of Glasgow...
no rest for the wicked.....

Quite a breeze although getting word that the higher parts are taking a pound even this early.
Apparently my sil , manager at big food wh was busy at opening earlier but has just closed, opening at 17.00 they reckon...
Picking up now..

Leeds/Bradford shut by the looks of things. Certainly no commercial flights operating there.

Blimey, and there were me thinking the days o'sending kids down mines, into factories were long gone. No wonder she spent the best part of her last visit asleep.

Got a gust of 80 mph earlier. Short and sweet.
Always find these modern style warehouses/shops worse in heavy rain, or hail. Bouncing off the roof, making it sound a lot worse than it is.

That's our peak gust so far..

Just as well it was sensibly closed.......

I was out moving a couple of things, containerised plants all lying down but they'll get done tomorrow.
Seems to be slowly dying down...
I'll be helping to fix or replace a couple of fence panels but nothing else family wise, yet !!

Not much damage AT Mhor Towers then.
Died down here at the time they forecast it were due to get worse.
Replace so soon? How'd they get replacements.

Fell here for a while in the early hours.

Not been out to check for damage yet.
Not if you stay inside you won't...
Suppose the container has been broken, those poor plants.
And another coming up from the south, due to make landfall tomorrow afternoon/evening. Doubt it'll affect you, or missen, though.
Would that be in or out!
Yesterday you had a decent excuse, don't think it'll work today.
