Looking that way, and given they're now forecasting thunderstorms for this evening (here at least) it'll now stay sunny.
Dry day...so far
UK clear of any recent lightning activity
Knee high then.
Nowadays they'd be on the horn to try and move you off the road.
More money for the office party whilst saying/showing they're "saving" money.
It's often the simple things that brought the most fun. Even on time and half....

America probably didn't feel they should have to do what everyone had to. The copyright is set to expire next year so expect to see his face all over the place. Possibly even more meter adverts!
You're feeling that way out, do it.
I'd nine weeks a year between bulb show stuff (we'd go round all the education establishments and do planting with the kids) and Santa stuff...
New pillow to try tonight :cuppa:
Been a day......

There's not much of it left, so chance of it remaining a dry day is high.
So forecasts of heavy thunderstorms were wrong, or it's cleared the country.

That's the sorta stuff that needs doing these days in schools. Practical lessons where they can get their hands dirty. And use what they've learnt at home.
All but the Santa stuff, that's for folk like yourself.
Suppose it turns out to be not for you!
One of "those days"...
Hope your test drive of the pillow works.

Jeez, monthly updating of everything takes ages..
Must re-evaluate tbh, WX in 2018? what day LOL..
Think I've looked back a couple of times..
Might just do monthly and yearly..
I've already cut back lots, planes etc etc..
passes some time though.....
:cuppa: badly needed (dry day so far)

These updates can't be set to run themselves, or does it go against your programming.
The months or the year in general. Or maybe this day then!
Cutbacks. You can't afford time nor can you ignore it.
No longer feeding into/onto the flight tracking system. You still keep an eye on what's overhead from time to time though.
We'd rain from around half one this morning till around five, with a mist moving in when the rain eased.
Test drive of the new pillow go okay. Or is more research required before you pass judgement.

You busily doing that?
You can't eat potato bags.
You'll not be stopping her now will you.
Might have been easier eating the bags, Bob's vegetable disasters continue.. -13piss poor return.

Nah, I'm a data junkie..
I use the snipping tool....
I'm having a look at why?
One WX site I upload to lets me download a monthly spreadsheet, it could be plenty.
Not in the mood just now so look at it all later.
I still feed to five (?) sites..
5 days off since 9th Nov 2016
We are on the flightpath (normal) of planes landing from NA to EDI, traffic heading E out of Cumbernauld (mostly copters)
Pillow? a premier one:laugh:

The daily gives more reference points, however the monthly simply sums it up into an easily readable format.
Both lack the record points(hottest, wettest) reached.

Would they have tasted as good though.
Not a good year growing wise this year then.

Sorta figured the data junkie part a while since.
That what slows you down, the snipping...
Hangabout, you've a weather station of yer own and yer downloading from another! Comparison purposes?
Stop when the enjoyment stops. Saves mistakes being made.
How many were you downloading to at yer busiest?
Not bad going, only the nine days out of
1,758 days missed.
I'm under the London to North America route, and one flightpath into Manchester. Also a local airfield to the north(helicopters and gyrocopters), and Leeds-Bradford for Ryanair to/from Majorca at night.
Police helicopter is a regular flight overhead. Leeds-Bradford to M62 normally.
Yer new pillow was nicked from a Premier Inn...

And in between pressing "Post Reply" and it appearing, the rain arrived, dumped its load, and departed. Short, sharp shower. Followed by a longer, lighter rain.
Now set in for the night methinks.

Last month's high and lows.

Pillows were bought......

Yeah, planning no veg next year...
I upload WX data to three? WX websites, one is disabled as I use the data myself, I'm available as IDenny16 online...
the days missed was in between houses plus where we stayed for the time had no internet, as they had just moved in to.

Got a flash of lightning earlier then follow by torrential rain, 11.2 mm in no time...

We get the BIG MIL transports occasionally, what a racket, plod on occasion, mostly copters and light private aircraft,
then there's the Cubesats
16 diff sats yesterday, 13 so far today..
Had enough, off to eyeball Alice..

Just like that. Middle of last month appears to have been best for you.
Separate or just further down?

Okay, how'd the test drive go...

More sunflowers then, amongst other flower types.
Three to upload to, at the same time.
Still not bad going though. Only nine days missed.

Lighting!
You get all the best weather up there.

The Airbus Beluga's from time to time. They seem to use the M62 as a guide, so up around J23-J22 on a good day. Not as often this year though.
Can't see the cubesats.
Enjoy yer eyeballing on yer new pillow.

Fell out bed earlyish..
I do the sunflowers for the family....)
ours never were happy but we did get smiley faces on the four of them....
It'll be sweet peas (got plenty cut flowers but funny year for them), asters, nicotiana (i picked a cheapo tray of six plants at 99p as they looked sad) and they fair put on a show in pots...
I'm being 'encouraged 'to bring on my own beetroot plants and not use commercial seedlings again.
Toodles fair enjoyed the pod peas so more planned.
No spuds, youngest has had tremendous results (I buy the seed pots too:laugh:)
I did buy begonias, trailing lobelia and french marigolds and they put on a good show...
I've one dwarf pepper plant with small fruit (approx 12 peppers(?) sitting on the windowsill in Bob's room.
Might try toms again (but don't tell Mrs M)
