This a day late, but...
Positive attitude, you mean things could be worse?

As for how long it'll last, dinnertime mebbee
10 mins later when raspberry pi didn't show up on the wifi network again..
Reverted to an old sd card and an earlier Pi model and di it all manually and voila, it showed up
now I have to programme the thing, this'll be fun...
after Mrs M returns with lunch
You know it that well you could do it in yer sleep?
Would love to hear you explaining that to Mrs M when she wakes you.
As is taking what you'll be needing along the way. You got enough cash to pay the Sherpas? Don't think they take card payments yet.

Did he complain about you waking him up just to go to nursery, again.
These parcels the same ones that were possibly in the land of limbo?

My only taste of anything like that was climbing Curved Ridge on the Buchuaille in the glen of Coe, rated a scramble Grade 3, I got the offer to try much harder stuff the following summer but the then future Mrs M wasn't enamoured with the idea, sadly one fatal accident that next winter put the kybosh on it for me, I bottled it.
I just kept walking up the path :cuppa: (in fact, last time would be 10 years ago this month)
One arrived at 9am, four are allegedly out for delivery but only email about one, shocking

You never made dinnertime!
That's bad.
You get the new one to appear yet, or are you still working on the older one.
You should be able to get it up and running in no time. Early warning system for tornadoes?

Doubts on yer abilities hammered firmly into place by something you weren't involved in. Yer still here to talk about, on the bright side.
If its anything like some of the paths in popular places, Toodles and the Young Un could manage it with ease now.
No ETA for the four yet to be delivered m or have they turned up since you posted.
Shocking on the e-mail front after yer recent experiences.

I've decided to go internetty in my hobby..
I'm following how to build by a man on the toob but he does miss out a couple of vital points..
I (might) get there..
I deleted loads of emails last night, keeping the ordered and delivered ones...
I had the Pi hooked up to the monitor yesterday,
I have a bluetooth keyboard with a mouse pad on it, first time I'd used it in a long time.
Lazy day..

Sorta like a virtual reality. One where you climb the walls/North Face without leaving the ground?
Or is it one of your other hobbies.
That's one thing I noticed about one "How to" person on Utube, parts missed out because he couldn't do that part. Getting someone else to do it, then picking up when he had the piece to hand/in place.
You will get there...
Your inbox must seem kind of empty now you've done that.
Did all the parcels arrive safely yesterday.
Did it work as planned?
Why not! Make the most of summer.

I got myself out for an early bimble while the roads were quiet. Only my third this year. Pretty pathetic, but I’m not enjoying it as much as I used to.
It's the swinging yer leg over the indoor one that's causing the problem.
You got out on yer proper bike a lot more when you used yer indoor one as a clothes horse.

:hello:
I have been doing 3, 5, 5, 6 mls just to try get myself back into the swing because of the plantar thing..
I'll do more eventually as long as it doesn't kick in again.
Haven't been out a couple days as a bit flu-ey feeling but any miles you do is a bonus....
I think a lot depends on local tracks and roads, it can be 'oh boy, not this way again so that's why I did lots of stuff like geocaching, hunting down post boxes, and the OS benchmark stuff.
I assume you are still sprinting about like Heike Dreschler, if only I could spel ti:cuppa:
Keep pedalling:bicycle:

I did that VR stuff a while ago, playing golf, I could have got used to it but not forking that moolah out for it.
Could be an idea, got a pal who's done the Nordwand...
Took my kids to a four sided climbing wall in Dutchland, middle child was like a fly going up the first three sides, the fourth was the hardest and she got up to the top easily but she couldn't master the overhang but first time doing anything like that, this is where Toodles gets her wanting to climb up everything. Unfortunately we were going back the next day.

I put one inline (it was 433mhz centred) and on the cubesat thing I was receiving around 400-405 and 435-436, no lower band packets decoded since insertion, I'm doing a 24 hour test so I'll take it out at 17.00 local.
I already have one in place for other thing but these ones are dirt cheap TBH so I'll do a 24 hour test with it and watch numbers, number do vary day to day, yesterday I had 578 unique decodes but in reality it was 1155 (shuttles etc)

Doesn't come cheap, if you're buying the kit. I thought you might have been making yer own.
Will he be your guide on the climb?
And you stayed both feet on the floor, as they shot off up the carious climbs. Toodles will have mastered the art of getting up the stairs by now then.

When you say dirt cheap, does that take into account the e-mails they send, the delays in delivery...
These 24 hour tests, are they battery powered or mains.

I couldn't buy the components for the price...
worth the emails tbh.
The band pass ones are just put inline, pre amp ones will be 5v (I'd use a power bank as my USB sockets are almost all in use..)

Ah well. Maybe when you win the lottery.
No problems charging all the power banks. How about solar power up those parts.
