Exactly how were you pedalling yer bike for yer arms to be hurting.
Rough without the tumble? Muddy as well given recent weather.
Get a child seat fitted to yer bike and take her for a spin.

Found out Thursday night a relative is being made consider moving into "sheltered accommodation". He hurt himself after falling off his roof, and his house is isolated. He's only 97.
Nothing stopping you making it, just try not to get caught using it.
Have you considered purchasing a lottery ticket might help.
Wanting to watch the sunrise?

He weren't there last night then.
In the absence of lottery winnings, I'd hangfire until I knew what cables/connectors were required.

He's old school with regards what he can and can't do. He'll try himself before he gets someone in to do it.

Just Mrs M and me out for a wee jaunt, 29 ml N of the border this week..
food stop on way back...

I won a free lucky dip for twa numbers.. this'll be the lucky one...
mind you I have to go throw them a couple of months money....

The freedom is the bit that'll be the hardest...
I moan that my long cycling trips are gone (unless I go electric)..
and my hill trips too.
and he's got a quarter century on me...
