They seem to be springing up all over the place these last few years. I think the "theory" behind them is they're expensive, so must be better than anywhere cheaper than them.
Could you afford a cuppa in their café, without having to consider a bank loan.
You don't like haggis!
It's an acquired taste I'm told. You've been up there long enough to "acquire the taste", I think anyway.
Could just picture you charging across the battlefield, sword in hand...
I'm going to be paying closer attention the next time I walk down the drink aisle in the supermarket. Banana Rum!

The ones we frequent car parks are stuffed full and very few folk strolling the grounds looking at plants etc but look in the 'Food Hall' as they are now known and its jumping with auld punters (like the Mhors)

even had 99p offers but nah....
nor a coffee come to that..

Mrs M bought me a treat today..
Kendal Mint Cake and me Type 2
saves feeding me antifreeze or powdered glass though...

I tried and found it too sweet but I find lemonade does that in spirits..
take Southern Comfort..
I love the stuff but only with tonic water....
too sweet with cola or lemonade...
aye, was hoping to cut the grass but grass was soaking, it can wait as not overly longer then when it's cut

I drink too much......

I got a cheapo desk tray type thing from the big river place,
very cheap and cheerful and does the job well but you use small elastic band type things to piece it together....
like a jigsaw

Your loyalty to McD's seems to be swayed by a Yorkshire based company.
You'll be saying ecky thump before you know it.
A cup would be much easier use than jug for coffee.
Not surprised really if you're drinking from a coffee jug.
