Finally got myself organised enough to make and drink two (2) cups of tea this morning.

I can afford to be reckless like this as I cycle to work*; I don't know what I'd do if I had to drive.

Both in the same cup, not a cup in either hand!

You'd be rushing out the door, late, and looking for a drive thru on your way. Most have branches everywhere these days.

prepare and cook porridge,
prepare table,
tidy up sink area
put pod in and press button
eat, read, drink, sit on erchie, answer emails..

Auto mode isn't really an excuse though.

Gotta keep in touch, seeing you can't venture far.
I've a pal who writes massively long messages, I reply by email.
Much easier..
Spam filters are good nowadays so all the junk get caught.
In my Outlook, I get mail from an Alabama church, I can only assume someone did a typo in someone else's email addy.
I have filtered it

Auto mode isn't really an excuse though.

Heat exhaustion, treat yourself by doing the following:

Rest in a cool place. Getting into an air-conditioned building is best, but at the very least, find a shady spot or sit in front of a fan.

Drink cool fluids.

Should cover it.
