Aye, sure was especially on the hilly bits..
I did find a cracking cycle path, though
I got back to the canal and know that it is 3 mile from home, I was at 36.1, an unwanted divert to turn the 40 and that last climb up the loan was tough (got a 2nd though).
now enjoying a couple of buttered rolls and a bottle of beer (which won't be the last,
couldn't be ersed making some bacon..
