It's closed......
plus I'm avoiding the canal in these times....
although I needed to head the last stretch as I am not sure of the surrounding roads in that area yet

I've found that sticking to the towpath is a better idea. Avoid the canal at all costs, you'll get wet.

Just had the morning cuppa, and Beautiful Daughter woke up early. She seems to think she's a cat, judging by the way she climbs on everything, including me...

but I've been threatening it for a couple of years now..
I know I won't as the roads are too busy, it is bad enough trying to ride my bike on them


AND after all that, pop pickers ,
a fine morning to ya
the drought continues
I'm even out in the evening watering plants..
Life tip, water after the sun goes down...
and send me lots of twenty and fifty pound notes, no 100's though too hard to spend....

Watering yer plants whilst the sun is out can actually be detrimental to their health. The water droplets act as magnifying glasses, burning them. Best do it early morning, before the dew has gone or as you say after the sun has gone down.

Clydesdale still do a £100 note?

Now I realise your busy watching the grass grow, but don't work too hard.
