Had to catch up on the rugby last night and left a quick cycle out until late afternoon yesterday..

I dunno who the extremely handsome bloke is on the bike though...

Dinna be silly, man..
I broke the habit and had two others with me..
I had yummy carrot cake and a white coffee..
which leads me on to something,
I ask for a white coffee and still get the usual, Latte, Americano etc etc..
It's a feckin coffee with milk, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh.
I'll certainly be visiting this on a regular basis as it is almost 10 mile from home plus I have three routes from it home(and more),
I also found a new saddle for my bike in a clearing in the Helix
This was the Love and Kisses I mentioned t'other day
