Didn't realise you'd a morning slot on local radio.

Old Bones is doing some morse code..

Got Polly out and after a good workout in the first couple of miles, headed onto the canal and it was right in me face, I got fed up of pushing into the wind and just headed back and the wind? decided it was a crosswind, I kinda hoped for a tail wind. Saw my first canal Kingfisher, a bit darker than others I've seen.
Glad to get back, bleedin' freezing out

You came back the same way you went out. And I'm assuming you used the twopath, not the actual canal, unless it was cold and you were trying out some ice tyres.

I think I'd be best faffing about the country roads, wind comes and goes on them..
I'd not be silly enough to cycle on ice...
I thought I'd see if anyone fishing...
but found only pike fishers...
not having any luck...
been passing this and have asked a couple of locals but no one has a scooby..

all looking a bit bedraggled but a strange thing to just abandon...

Bivvy and two chairs, not cheap items..
seats look as if moss etc lying on them..
surprised they hadn't eh, 'moved' before now..

It must have been wind chill
