The now normal commute although slightly later..
I now catch-up with the backlog of podcasts when I'm travelling..

The Cycling Podcast do too good a service with a new episode after every stage of a grand tour, finished the last Vuelta one today...
I've still got all their Friends(not that f'in awful attempt at comedy) specials to catch up....

Just about to have a beer..
