I had an early jog before it came on. Raining now. Just wandered round for some shopping. Feet up again.

Here's hoping this afternoon's TDF goes the full distance and no more freaky weather to spoil it again today.

I'm doing this wrong..
when it's raining, you wake up, you go for a run or a cycle..
I wake up and wonder what I'm going to hit with the Pledge or Domestos (other brands are available)

These early mornings are getting later.

Morning. Still humid. We are in for a fair bit of rain for the next several days. Back to two feet instead of two wheels I think. Lol.

Good morning. Weather broke last night, and it started it is pishing it down with thunderstorms.

By strange coincidence the stomach bug I was fighting all day kicked off. I required the services of a bucket for about ten minutes but I slept like a log afterwards, and this morning I'm feeling hungry for the first time in three days.

Weather is still pishing it down too.
