Nighties, something you're not telling us?
I have literally sent an email explaining how to tie a Baby Doll fly, must be something in the night air....
Can’t beat a good old nightshirt :becool:

used to be tied with a specific brand of white wool...
this is the original shape, ideal now in failing evening light, fished with a sharp medium pull..
tied in pink also, best used when sky is dark, grey.

This guy is local. Obviously doing well as runs around in a big Range Rover with FLY as a personal reg. Nice couple. Often meet Karen with the dog on my walk.

Didn't realise you were doing your flies up.

It's an art..
I used to sit and watch someone who tied for the international team,
his flies were expensive but a work of art.
I can get by with what I caught fish with..
sadly I haven't wet a line in years, I'm still a member of a nearby river club..
new opportunities next year..
dangling a waggler in the canal..
(a waggler is a type of float, for all you mucky minds out there)
