Morning. I've had a wet and humid slog round the local trail with legs that were close to packing in. Lol. Never mind, made it without walking any.....as long as I can still do that I will persevere.

Doesn't agree with me. Makes me even more lethargic and headachy than usual. Maybe an afternoon of Wimbledon again. I shall see.

I hate it, I'd a fan running all night just to keep the room cool.
Rain is on again,
off to Linwood later to pick up some stuff then maybe organise phone upgrade after that and eat choc covered oatie biscuits with lashings of ginger beer and coffee

Good morning. There's a beautiful sunrise here today.

Turns out the sunrise was a cruel trick to get me out on the bike, and then it rained, fortunately with little enthusiasm so I didn't get too wet, but still...
