Wow! I thought you meant heavy rain. Sorry to hear that. I had it way back in the summer of 1976 and it wasn’t pleasant!

Got heatstroke, called work, was told to stay put and get better.

Was treated for mild exhaustion in 1995, doing the Welsh 3,000 footers in winter, knee deep snow. Ice axes and crampons in use at times.

Seems an odd course of treatment for exhaustion. I guess they breed you tough up North.
