I would add that I arrive at work at 0630 your time, having got out of bed at 0400, so I don't have a short day.
Our clients generally have a four-hour day, so I theoretically arrive early to prepare or them and stay afterwards to plan he next day. It doesn't work out like that because we have a vary unusual concept, and one of the results is that we have less control over how the day works, but that's the theory...
