I looked the lump of a MTB out and did 4 loops of my usual early walk. God, it felt hard work compared to on the roads. Good workout though and kept me out of the strongest of the wind.Morning all

I often wonder how I’d get on with a road bike but I wouldn’t get the freedom like Sunday’s run. Polly isn’t light but neither is the Mhor
