You have my sympathies as a fellow sufferer. Do you use Sumatriptan? I find it quite good but seems to take longer to take effect these days. Maybe I am just getting used to it.

I bimbled over to dads and threw in a little hilly loop first. Got soaked to the skin coming home though as the heavens opened. At least I had the hybrid with full mudguards so not too bad.
