Long ride?

Absolutely knackered. Long week at work and going to bed seemed a good idea.
No ride today by the look of it, rain forecast starting in 14 minutes according to accuweather

The heavens have opened up here, so not a day for going out.

I just went for usual early walk. Rain came on within minutes of going out so got soaked. That will be the exercise for the day I think.

"Customer Service" has already said it's the fault of the person taking the payment, not them.

I see a long drawn out affair here.

New banking law makes it much easier to recover money paid to wrong account....
Anyhoo, how can it be the person taking the monies fault?

They have to rectify their mistake...

had three refunds recently but for smallish amounts but still asked for cheques.
I do internet banking but still wary of it..
Hope all turns out for the best..
