Merry Christmas all.

It's been a lovely day here. Sunshine all day long, although only about 17c - not that I saw much of it. However, I did see 5mins worth when I went out to feed the cats. The cats all got a turkey & lamb meat-stick along with their biscuits today. Can't be said that I'm not festive.

Hi all. I managed to get a nice 20 miles in today. That headwind used up all my energy and the last 5 miles were dire. I felt really ill for a couple of hours once home. Resorted to Farley’s Rusks with my cuppa. They seemed to do the trick.

Have been asleep on the sofa for half the evening so naturally, now, I can’t sleep.
