Shouldn’t be for much longer. I mentioned a while back that I was spending most of my internet time on an Alzheimer’s forum these days and they have asked me to apply for a volunteer post with them. I am now part way through the process and probably won’t be on here much, if at all, if I get accepted. Alzheimer’s has, unfortunately, taken over my life, although their forum is a joy as I get to help people all round the globe while picking up helpful advice for myself.Ii think you are horrible for torturing us.

Thanks. Yeah, I felt honoured when I was approached. It was nice to think that my posts were being watched and that people thought highly of them. I've completed the first on-line part of the process and now have to post a couple of forms for formal registration and equal opportunities purposes when I get myself an envelope and stamp (funny the silly little things that take time when not at home!). If I get accepted it will be an honour to be able to give something back for the help I myself receive.

My anti virus bundle has expired. It isn't worth my while spending £50 or £60 to renew it when i hardly use my Sony Vaio anymore. I always use my tablets now. They seem to be much quicker than the Vaio, so i have been trying to do some techy things downloading free anti virus stuff.

Spent a week in 1995(Summer), working under a steel roof mucking out a cowshed. They were frying eggs on the roof.Probably be too warm for you Mr Classic
