I am aware of the reason for the hospital and do find it odd they include driving instructions. The only thing is they may assume you are getting a lift so its a standard generic covering letter.

One reason I took to the bike to get to Leeds on a daily basis. That and I was just as quick overall, door to door.It's naughty but they have captive market I suppose
