Lovely morning here but I better take pooch first. I don't usually risk leaving her walk until after my cycle on a Monday morning as she gets so many titbits over at Dads at the weekend she usually poos for Scotland next morning and I don't fancy her not managing to wait and finding a big splodge on the floor!

I might even have brekkie first and wait until it gets nice and warm and get out in short sleeves........something I can't usually do going out really early.

Thanks. Still pondering whether to have a day off or a really gentle spin. Did really big miles last week and don't want to overdo it, but I get a bit fidgety if I don't get out. Lol

If you are fortunate to have the time, the gentle spin would be good to the legs even if only 15 miles just to keep them ticking over

Morning everyone, back to Wales today.

I get fidgety if I don't get a ride in, 3 or 4 days without cycling causes severe withdrawal symptoms @Mo1959

Slowly getting a functional /P station together. Replaced a tired old SLA which I can use with a solar panel to power the ft817. @Bobby Mhor
