Afternoon all, dodgy slow wifi on ferry, somewhere off coast of France heading towards Portsmouth this evening. I can see two shades of grey/blue, one is the sky and the darker one has ships on it and is a bit lower so I guess that's the sea.

Hi Bob
Tried to avoid the rain so I went out just after 07:15 but for once the BBC weather forecast was spot on. Rain predicted at 09:00 and at 08:58 the first drops started.
Anyway the last 45 minutes were a bit of a soaking but at least I managed nearly 50 miles and got back for some breakfast and a cofee.
Just finished cleaning the bike and the kit is almost ready to come out of the washing machine.
At least I am happy to have got out and now for the last game of the season before the cup final next week

I had the Bob the Builder hat on for a couple of hours..
hopefully all ready for the decking stuff to be screwed
Poor Mrs Mhor will assist tomorrow on her birthday

50 miles not to be laughed at, I'll need to get a decent run planned...

Yep...time for a couple of extremely relaxed spins to ease things off I think. Seems to work better for me than complete rest.

When the legs are tired I will sometimes just do 20 or 30 minutes on the rollers.
