Afternoon Teepees! Another cheeky 100k today (https://connect.garmin.com/activity/782242784), what a difference the sun makes!

Junior Fu's degree show went well, though I think she may be a tad hungover this morning - going back up tomorrow for another look. Art School is definitely an eye opener!

Only just under 15 miles today as Mrs Mhor was on the warpath..
'Get that frame built' then 10 seconds later 'please'
so back early after spanking some Strava segments (yeah I beat the snail today)
I present the almost complete frame (it is now finished)

and Mrs Mhor played the part of Wendy (no bendy jokes, please)
