Morning :hello: Up with the larks as usual. Still looking a tad breezy out there but not as bad as yesterday.

Knees have been a bit niggly lately so will have to be careful for a few days I think but going to try a wee gentle spin and see how it feels. Just this lovely mug of coffee to finish first.

I have been tempted to go and rake the packaging out of the bin and actually read what is in it, but thought better of it!
Probably more nutrients in the packaging than the Rustler our Mo.

I can't remember if it was yourself or @ScotiaLass I promised to find out about a joint pain relieving medication.

I want to try it myself, something my Nan used until she was 99, will ask mi Mam after.
