On the + side, the Mighty Leigh Centurions set a new club record of 24 straight victories against Halifax on sunday.

Another day of Abertawe today, I hope the weather is better today. Was cold there yesterday

Cant believe the change in 12 hours. Gorgeous yesterday afternoon, cold and windy now with showers.

Morning. Is that something to do with that game with the funny shaped ball? Why do we need to copy America with giving them all extra names nowadays. Starting to sound like American football.

Looking a bit damp out there but sun is out now. Due to get a bit breezy though. My old knees have been niggling lately so a day off the bike and some gentle walking I think.

It is unfortunate, agreed.
Always liked his posts.

Suppose sometimes folk can get swamped by work, life & other stuff & it is only the Internet after all.

You never know, hopefully he will sort what he needs to and may end up with some spare time back on his hands.
He may get regular on here again.

Hi Mrs D, can't stop coughing.
In hindsight going out Sunday wasn't the brightest idea I have ever had.
Seems to have made it worse, I spent most of Sunday night coughing.
I resisted yesterday even though it was lovely in the afternoon. The hope being it would be better today.
Well I am still coughing away and its overcast, windy and a lot cooler. We have also had a shower and more are forecast. Also back to work tomorrow. It's frustrating.

Your right. It wasn't the brightest idea to go out . Hope you feel better tomorrow, although for me it took about a week for the cough to disappear. It was really
frustrating and annoying, not to mention painful

Yesterday the weather was hot and sunny, today cold wet and windy.

Here the weather was hot, hot yesterday. Today it's hot, hot, hot already. I need T-shirts in materials of ever decreasing weights!!

It's calm, hot and sunny here, although rain is forecast. I suppose I should get home before the heavens open as when it rains here it tends to be in the way of a short lived Biblical flood which then dries up in minutes!!
