Would you recommend Stockport as a place to live?

It's like most places, got it's good and bad parts.

The southern end of it isn't too far from the peak district though.

Morning. Is that something to do with that game with the funny shaped ball? Why do we need to copy America with giving them all extra names nowadays. Starting to sound like American football.

Looking a bit damp out there but sun is out now. Due to get a bit breezy though. My old knees have been niggling lately so a day off the bike and some gentle walking I think.

I don't know really, it's a minority sport compared to Union but they did it didn't they (Sale Sharks etc) & they did it in Oz Rugby League 1st, which is massive.

Stockport is fine yes.

Large conurbation if towards the town itself, some very nice semi rural areas, very pricey too.

Average property prices are higher in general than many Greater Manchester towns.

There are low dem areas nearer to Stockport town, as there are near every major town.
