Morning,(not for long but technically correct..) Looking forward to the 22° promised by the weatherman, for now putting up with cold, cloud cover and a long sleeve jersey...:cuppa:

Considering a little jaunt on the bike later on (even considering it is a mark of progress towards better health), will have to see how expending energy on walking dog goes.

Just read some of your blog Ian. Kudos for doing as much as you seem to manage and love the photos.

Not nice here. Dark and dull and overcast. Its supposed to be nice for the whole week grrrrrrrr.:cursing: i may have to have to have another mug of coffee in that case. :cuppa:
Overcast here too with the chance of drizzle. I just had to console myself with eating a great big bar of Teasers chocolate. Now, wonder what I will have for lunch. I'm going to be two ton Tessie before I get back into the cycling again!

Aww..thank you. That'll double the viewing figures!
Comes to a sudden stop sometimes, not waking until 10.30 today is not the best sign of alertness returning I've ever had but feeling better is always recognisable. Hopefully getting back into the swing is not far away!

Mrs Blue shares her chocolate with me

However, even though I speak a little Greek, French and Russian and am fluent in English and Shi te, I don't understand the word she is always trying to teach me; it's reciprocote or reciprocite or some such thing. Can't grasp the concept at all.
Simply put, its give & take. She gives, you take. You don't want to upset her by refusing. Do you!!
