Looks a bit dull out. I got woken about 40 minutes ago by back pain and I have now taken a couple of painkillers and am waiting for them to kick in before walking the dogs. Will make an appointment at the docs today as this is getting silly.

Not getting enough sleep is a right pain. I feel for you. I managed 5 and a half hours last night so I don't feel too hideous. 2 hours is just the worst It's neither one thing nor the other.
