I'm back from my ride. My butt hurts

My shins sting..
I headed into the hills above Greenock, yomping through pathless heather and boggy bits, played radio for a wee while then back home via the Roman Fort thru all sorts of bog and mingy stuff..
Just under 8 miles covered (only three on single track) a guid day out...

Thanks for that. We have never had a bad time in Cyprus. We are both easy going and I think that helps a lot when added to the fact that we love the place.
