I've been on a roll this week (and last), clocking up some miles....taking advantage today as I have a lot to do this coming week in the house etc.
Fri and yesterday..
Fri was a good long run .
I've got scaffolding up at the Towers and it will let me clean the guttering although not much of it so I better get stuck into that at some point and Mrs Mhor has some other chores.
I may head out later..
Enjoy your 'out'....

Right, that's some stuff thrown in the slow cooker...yesterdays was lovely - beef casserole with some red wine thrown in for good measure lol
Todays' is a corned beef hash type thing, using a tin of corned beef, a couple of table spoons of Lea and Perrins, some stock, an onion and topped with sliced potato. I'll let you know later lol

I'm back from my ride. My butt hurts
Report to follow shortly, in the usual place
I know what you mean, but "keep 'er lit"

I have a few cycling related aches this week too. When my TT season ended I took advantage of the recent good weather to get some steady miles in on my road bike and built up until I got 240 done this week at a steady 19.5 - 20.5 mph average per day. Although not my hardest week it was my biggest total this year and a few muscles in various places have let me know!!
