I don't 'use' Strava BTW, just post my rides on it to show them to my brother who does use it.. if I wanted to be competitive I'd lose 12kg and 25 years...

Been removing a wee nasty from this computer that sneaked in somehow..
I run all sorts of checks etc and twice weekly scans and clean up, defrags and whatever and something still got in..
and before anyone says it 'No I wasn't in the dark side of the net' , it has been proven you pick up more malware visiting religious type sites ( hard to believe but true)

I booted its erse good and proper...and gave the tower a check over, now to give it a good hoovering before ti gets put back together and placed in desk.
There can be some build up of oose and dust inside them
