Tea? (Part 3)

Are you allowed to drink coffee on a tea thread? I have just had a bowl of granola and a mug of tea.

Misty and overcast here again this morning, but it is due to burn off later. Hope it turns out as gorgeous as yesterday was.

You can have coffee, but not granola. Eating that stuff is like eating something from the bottom of a bird cage

Sleep seems to very hard to come by these days for me too. Often toss and turn until at least 2am and then wake again around 5. Strange thing is I don't seem to ever feel all that tired.

Was a good day, cycling, bike race watching and Chinese takeaway

That sounded a good day, very similar except for the takeway at the end. What a beautiful day day it was. The crowds down in Broadway were amazing for the race. It was an amazing sight to see so many cyclists out yesterday. On the ride down you just kept seeing cyclists and they only seemed to be heading in one direction. Doing the hill climb up Snowshill was brilliant as there were already so many people pitched up on there. That will stick in my memory for a long time.

Well so far I have taken down the front room curtains and voiles and they are in the wash.
The windows have been cleaned as well.
It's not as foggy as I first thought

I was just amazed at the number of people who turned up to watch, even in the middle of rural South Gloucestershire, the ride there and back again was the most enjoyable ride I've had in a long time, so many happy people on bikes, taking advantage of the event and making it their own little celebration of cycling.
