afternoon peeps its a smashing day here! (sort off) pulled a muscle in me back this morning,but had to go shoppin grrr! i bumped into two guys training a hawk it was sat on a signpost on alead crossing my path!the guy shouted to watch the lead but id seen it and slowed down already!i i past within three foot of it havin to duck under the lead!! it didnt seem bothered! was like kess watchin it catch its lunch the guy baited it,
done me chores, bumped into a mate whose mum past away at weekend so had a pint in local pub beergarden the filled me rucksack in farmfoods n rode home, =loafin on the settee with a coffee.

A very sad thing happened as I did..
My treasured 'I climbed Snowdon' mug got clobbered by a flying packet of Uncle Ben's rice and then lay shattered in pieces all over the floor, devastation then a depressing fug set in....
It was my goto mug....
Nobody even got to clean it..
I've had to get my 'I climbed Scafell Pike' mug in service..
Devastated I am...

definitely high temps up here, in the cuttings of the cycle track it was horrendously hot...
a litre of chilled choc milk at 3pm was most welcome....
cider chilling in fridge as now...
